Attracting and Recruiting Saudi Youth

Our center counts on many resources, databases and means of attracting the Saudi youth who are searching for employment opportunities.  The process of attraction goes through many stages, such as scheduling individualized meetings in order to determine the person’s  abilities and psychological readiness  for the appropriate and targeted job, and finally organizing the scientific and technical examinations for some jobs as specified by the company.
