National Certificate for Retail Sales Skills

The New Groups of National Certificate for Retail Sales Skills Program (NCRSS) Started their Training Sessions in Riyadh, Buraidah and Jeddah
 in collaboration between the General Organization of Technical Education & Vocational Training (GOTEVT) and Al-Mujaz Training Center  under the sponsorship of Al-Fozan Group
 
     Through the leading role and energetic endeavors exerted by the General Organization of Technical Education & Vocational Training, Al-Fozan Group and Al-Mujaz Education & Training in serving society by qualifying Saudi youth to locate employment in the market, the training sessions of three new groups of trainees of the National Certificate for Retail Sales Skills Program (NCRSS) started on Saturday November 3rd, 2007. The program is supervise by the General Organization of Technical Education & Vocational Training(GOTEVT), conducted by Al-Mujaz Training Center and sponsored by Al- Fozan Group, to train about four hundred Saudi youth annually and qualify them to work in retail stores sector. The training process of groups 8, 9 and 10 started in the cities of Riyadh, Buraidah and Jeddah. It is also known that seven groups of trainees have been graduated since the commencement of the program in December 2006.
 
     This program is distinctive with its daily merging of training and work. Upon the end of each phase of the program, the trainee/employee gets a certificate of completing one specific level of retail sales skills among three graded career levels starting from salesman (after getting the technical executive level certificate), supervisor (after getting the technical supervision level certificate), ending with sales manager (after getting the specialized leading level certificate).
 
     The importance of this initiative, led by the General Organization of Technical Education & Vocational Training and sponsored by Al-Fozan Group, originates from its contribution in serving society by means of qualifying Saudi youth in line with the high unmet demands of the local marketplace and training them by Al-Mujaz Training Center, as well as providing them with the daily practical training in the outlets of Al-Fozan Group and its affiliates, such as Extra, Paris Gallery and Sara Group.
