Al–Mujaz for Human Resources Solutions (MHRS) is a channel of Al- Mujaz Education and Training Company that provides its social services to help Saudi youth obtaining suitable jobs matching their qualifications and potentials.
Moreover, and in cooperation with Al-Mujaz Training Center (MTC) provides free training courses to prepare youth on successfully attending and passing job interviews following the stage of screening their application forms and identifying their aptitudes and skills on scientific bases.
MHRS also assists companies willing to localize (Saudize) their staff in their search for the appropriate national workforce according to the companies' needs and requirements. In this aspect, MHRS also provides those companies with the suitable place for conducting using its highly and up-to-date equipped facilities.
Through the utilization of its experts, MHRS provides support and consultancy for companies willing to sign Saudization agreements with the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) though helping them developing the action plan for the Saudization process, which, in turn, guarantees the success of the Saudization plan. This support includes helping the companies in attracting and recruiting the required national workforce, in addition to providing the theoretical trainings, on-job training, and the post training monitoring services which are provided in collaboration with MTC. |
