Throughout the soaring emergence of retail business inside the Kingdom, along with the unprecedented rigorous competition, the selling process has become farther an intricate mission than ever before.  Therefore, the need for a distinctively proficient management, as well as salespeople, has become an inevitable necessity. 

                       

In our effort to meet the managements' rising needs, we became motivated to shape and launch the “Retail Stores Management & Operation Diploma”.  The program aims at training and qualifying salespeople to become highly skilled, and thereby contribute to the success of the retailers sector as well as the Saudization trends.

Diploma Duration

 

Time-span: a complete academic year, composed of two separate semesters; four months each. Four days per week, Saturday through Tuesday, three contact hours per evening (5,30 – 8,30).
