Al-Mujaz Training Center’s Training Services "Saudization Programs":
  1. Working with the company’s executives on laying the foundations for the central managements.
  2. Working with the company’s executives on preparing the claim for the departments fundamental operations.
  3. Contributing to the process of identifying the targeted jobs for the future plan of localization "Saudization".
  4. Contributing to the process of providing job descriptions for the targeted professions.
  5. Assisting in the preparation of the standard employment contracts for all staff members.
  6. Contributing to the process of preparing the chart for organizing the internal duties.
  7. Working with the company’s executives on planning the training programs .
  8. Preparation of portfolios and other tools for the appropriate training programs of the targeted professions.
  9. Organizing the timetables of training programs, both “theory and application”.
  10. Preparing plans and training programs for on-the-job duties.
  11. Following up on the accord with Human Resources Fund Development for consistent support.
